1.    Could you tell us a little about your career?


" Graduated from bank and finance, this is in Paris that I discover Securities Services. First as Account manager for banks which delegated their securities custody to Natixis. Then I joined Société Générale through the Custody and Clearing Agency for clients as institution holding shares and foreign management companies. During five years I discovered financial markets through Société Générale investment banking department. My will to continue my carrier in Nantes where I have my family ties, make me join the exciting Savings Plan world as Key Account Manager into our Employee Saving Plans back office hub. My following experience was focus on offering the best service to our clients as a Relationship Manager for companies in the CAC40. This is in early 2020 that I was reunited with pleasure with the Employee Saving Plan as Product engineering project Manager at the Account Holder."

2.    Can you describe your role in three words?

" COOPERATION : what it sounds to me very important is to implement dialogue in order that all topics can work and coordinate easily between every stakeholder.

COMMUNICATION : in the same spirit we have to act as a relay, make a link between teams and stakeholders in order to fluidify exchanges. Communication is the key word to the project good conduct. 

ATTENTION : last objective, we have to put our self in clients role, listen and catch their needs. It allows the identification of concrete solutions answering in the best way to the market demand."

3.    What makes the job worthwhile?

" My alarm! All together, this is the fact to join a dynamic team and a friendly and constructive exchanges spirit with our partners, which push me and motivate me every day. Moreover, I really appreciate my job diversity: no typical day, no routine."

4.    Marie, what's your motto, your philosophy?

" Don’t wait from events coming as you wished, decide to what coming to you and then you will be happy.” It is what defines me the best. We have to know how to take us in charge and don't wait from things coming to us. We have to create our destiny."

5.    What are your interests in life?

" Sharing moments and discovery: I love friendliness and simple things as spending some good time with my family and friends, during a good meal or even sports activities as Pilate or running. I also love to enrich myself through reading and travel. Both allows me to discover and appreciate foreign cultures, different heritage and new cooking habits. "

6.    How can you say that you are the future?

" Despite complicated current context for young generation, we have to bring them our support in order to achieve project which are close to their heart, in the bank sector or somewhere else. It also goes through giving sense to our job which are not easy to access, due to the technicity and regulation which are in constant evolution. It comes back to us to facilitate this skills transfer and supporting at best those who will make the future. "
