Société Générale undertakes to make its website accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005.  

For this purpose, we will carry out the strategy and actions listed in Multi-year accessibility plan and the Annual accessibility improvement plan

This declaration of accessibility applies to Societe Generale Esalia website

COMPLIANCE STATUS  

The Societe Generale Esalia site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Double-A (AA) level due to the non-conformities and deviations listed below.

The compliance audit carried out by Ipedis reveals that the compliance rate is 50%: 

  • 17 compliant criteria  

  • 17 non-compliant criteria  

  • 16 non-applicable criteria  

NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT   

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons.  

  • Informative images do not have a textual alternative. 

  • Decorative images in the content are not ignored by the screen reader. 

  • Opening submenus is not indicated for users navigating with a screen reader. 

  • Multiple successive tags <br> or paragraph tags <p> are used to visually create space between paragraphs. 

  • Elements visually represent a list that is not tagged as such. 

  • The element that is active in the breadcrumb trail is given only by position 

  • PDF documents are not accessible 

  • The titles of the different sections are not in title tags. 

  • Some information is given only by colour 

  • The contrast between the background color and the texts of some interface components is not sufficient. 

  • Horizontal scrolling is required to read the information on the Site Map/Help/Participation Bonus page. 

  • Keyboard traps are present. 

  • Skip links do not work properly. 

  • The title of some links/buttons does not allow you to understand their function or destination. 

  • Some buttons/links do not have a title. 

  • Focus is not visible on some items. 

  • Lists are not correctly structured. 

  • The document code contains errors. 

  • Some identifiers are not unique. 

  • Some interface components are not accessible. 

  • The buttons are not explicit. The site is in French while the buttons are in English. This can be confusing for people using a screen reader 

  • Some tables are not considered a formatting table. 

  • The accordion panels have incorrect aria attributes. 

  • Each column header and row header is not correctly declared in the tables.
